About Me
Welcome! I'm so glad you're here. Seeking support is a courageous step, and I’m honored to walk alongside you on your journey toward healing and growth.
As a therapist, I work with children, adolescents, and adults, offering a compassionate and creative space for exploration and self-discovery. My approach blends traditional talk therapy with expressive arts, mindfulness meditations, and somatic body work—helping clients connect more deeply with themselves and the world around them.
For my youngest clients (ages 3-10), I provide Child-Centered Play Therapy, where play becomes a language for expression, healing, and growth. For teens and adults, I offer a Relational and Culturally responsive approach, recognizing the profound impact of relationships and social context on our well-being. I believe that healing happens in connection—with ourselves, with others, and within the spaces we move through daily.
Whether you're navigating life transitions, healing from past wounds, or seeking deeper self-understanding, I’m here to support you with warmth, curiosity, and respect. Together, we can cultivate greater self-awareness, emotional balance, and meaningful relationships—both within and beyond.
I look forward to meeting you and beginning this journey together.
